I have to agree with the others and say that Rotastak aren't the best cages - they're fussy and have poor ventilation.

However, as you've already ordered it, I will add that when I was much younger (over ten years ago), I had several hamsters in Rotastaks and they all seemed fairly content, though I ended up adding several sections to it over the years, so it was at least over twice the size of the Space Command. I still wouldn't recommend one these days, but as you've got it...

I also had one of these as a youngster, and remember it being an absolute nightmare

But Matt seemed to have his heart set on it from the word go, and has chosen the hamster to suit the cage rather than the other way round.

We'll look forward to your review to see if these cages have improved

I also had a rotastak as a child, i remember it being a pain to clean and it fit together badly and wasn’t very secure which eventually lead to the lose of the hamster but this was many years ago, hopefully they have improved since then and are more secure.
