As I said before just remove anything that's damp or smells, there will be some & it will get easier to find once she's chosen a pee spot!
Otherwise clean as little as possible, never do a full cage clean at all, if you think the cage looks like it needs a bit of a clean just do part, maybe a third at a time, even then if there's any food hoard in that area replace it or put some fresh food there & always replace some of the nest when you clean that area.
It depends how much she digs or burrows & how deep the substrate is but I find most of what needs to be cleaned with dwarf hams will be on the bottom of the cage which is why doing just one small part of the cage at a time works best.

It's not wet or damp or smells. But there is just so much poop at the bottom of her cage. Is that natural? Or is it unhealthy. I feel like I'm letting her live in a pigsty because there is just so much poop.

lol! their poo is dry & they will eat some of it so it's not quite like letting her live in a pigsty!
If you do partial cage cleans as I suggested you can remove some of it each time, if you want to do more than a third or half of the cage just push the substrate to one side, collect up what's collected on the floor of the cage then just push the substrate right back where it was.
