Puzzle Playground design!
AOh my gooooooodness, I finally got it! I've wanted this since I began planning for my hamster, but couldn't find it in stores. My mom recently decided to treat me with some late birthday presents, and I got two of the 42 piece sets! This is what I built for Pumpkin!
I went camping overnight so I took this with me so I could put it together while I was calm. It's a good thing, too. You have to be so gentle with this. I dont know why it's so delicate! I bet it'd be pretty easy for Kaytee to make them sturdier.

Re: Puzzle Playground design!
I'm impressed! I ended up screaming at mine and that was just a little set

Re: Puzzle Playground design!
I've heard they were a pickle to put together. I haven't got the patience, I think I'd give up

Re: Puzzle Playground design!
Well done P&B, that looks great. I know Pumpkin will love scrambling on it.
I bought a bundle from eBay a year or so ago. I made a large tunnel structure but it is a pain when a piece comes adrift, or it gets knocked...it's in a box right now awaiting my attention for another repair.
I'm hoping you might get a picture of Pumpkin playing on it.

I hope I can when she wakes up! She woke up for a moment to sniff it and give it a nibble, but went straight back to her home!

Re: Puzzle Playground design!
My husbands hamster Pippin got the extra pieces, built into a yellow cube with a slide attached, as you can BARELY see in this. But he loves it!

Re: Puzzle Playground design!
Lovely photo. I am sure the spare pieces will be appreciated by Pippin.

And here she is! I had even more extra pieces so I made her another cube with a slide. Also, I know her nails are super long, I've made an appointment with a vet to have them trimmed!
