The Zoo Zones are great cages and I have bought mine from eBay. There is a Zoo Zone 1 and a ZZ2, the latter is a really big cage at almost 4 ft wide. There are only two people that sell them right now, but they're both the same price. I've bought from one of them and had a good experience, they were also the cheapest with shipping and everything that I found. Meshing the roof really isn't that hard, I did one by myself in about 1 1/2 hours.

The superpet cage is pretty much the same size as the Savic Cambridge, which is often used for syrians in the UK.

Have you checked the cage reviews section for the Zoo Zone? I have pictures of mine on there if you want to check them out. I have always been big on the way the cage looks too, and I think they're great! I hope you find the right cage that will work for you

OK I'm going to try to make a bin cage. I got my materials. I settled on a 64 liter sterlite bin, the next size up is too long for the area. I plan to put the screen in the front, back, and top for maximum ventilation.

Well it may not be the prettiest cage in the world, but it came out decent. I used a dremel tool to cut out the windows and trim the nubs from the wire mesh. Should have a lot of ventilation. I made windows in all 4 walls as well as the ceiling. I used 1/2 hardware clothe. The windows are about six inches off the floor so alot of room for bedding.

Well done you! You'll have to post some pics up. I am always interesting in seeing peoples bin cages despite not having the motivation/courage to go for it myself!
