Default Bedding.

Can anyone comment on this for a Syrian hamster? I think it looks better than shavings, especially in a vivarium.

Are there are other types of pellet bedding like used here that someone could suggest?

Is it as easy to burrow in?

It seems cheap too.

I do use carefresh, but i only buy it when it's on offer as i prefer megazorb (a good froogle will find it for you ). I really dislike pellets. They're hard, uncomfortable, no good for digging and hammies seem to hate them.

I have used carefresh in the past, but now use woodshavings with a generous handful of white toilet paper for her bed. Cheap and cheerful

I'm currently using a mixture of shavings and megazorb. The Megazorb is more absorbant then the shavings, and the shavings look nice.
