Default Bathing Sand

I just bought some charlie chinchilla bathing sand from my local pet shop and it was £3,69 for 2 litres.

Its a good size to see if my hammies like playing in it, but assuming they do would this product be suitable;

It specifically says suitable for hamsters but I was wondering if anyone else has used it in the past?

Seems pretty good value at 15kg for £9.90 if it is suitable...

Never had it myself, but I'd think it would be suitable. We always use Charlie Chinchilla sand in our ham's potties ~ we find the Syrians use it for the toilet and the Dwarfs prefer to roll in it. As long as it's definitely not the Chinchilla Dust I'd think it would be OK.

Thanks ^

So far we've put some in one of our dwarfs and syrians cages - they both seem to be enjoying having a dig and a roll in it, especially the syrian!
