Hi. Just to say the Gabber that i got from Ebay arrived. Seems in good condition apart from the fact it still has some "memories" of the last hamster in the form of some shavings and a half eaten sunflower seed LOL. Nothing a good old scrub wont fix so am really pleased about that. I cant wait until Schofield wakes up tonight and he can see his new house He seems to wake up around 9ish which is great timing for me as im letting the gerbils out from around 7 until 9. I sit down and relax and watch some TV and hes getting braver starting to explore me and the settee. When he gets more confident i'll make a wee bridge between the 2 settees and he can have both. I find him very relaxing. When i have the gerbils out i cant have them on the chair as most of them do a lemming type leap off the arms I love this little man

Yay great news I would have given it a good scrub when it got here anyway, so I'm sure its not too much trouble for you. It will give you something to do whilst you wait for Schofield to wake up!

Jasper seemed to wait forever to wake up the night his Gabber came, maybe it was just me being too excited!

So...will you share some pics and let us know what the little guy makes of it

Yes i would have scrubbed it anyway. Was just surprised to see the leftover sunny seeds Obviously a free gift! haha

I'll take pics but im not sure if i can get them onto my computer. It has a virus which is eating all the memory and my hubbys friend cant fix it until Wednesday. I'll see what i can do!! Im very excited as hes just been in a 2 foot by 1 foot tank until now so he'll love his new space. Also theres more room to hang things from etc. Cant wait until he wakes up
