Default Re: Silencing the Silent Spinner?

one of my Silent spinners started to make a rattle / clanking noise, that remaindered me of a train going over tracks. I worked out it was the white bit and the coloured bit where clapping against each other when Yin was running on it. All I did was put a bit of duct tape on part of the wheel (outside) that held the two bits close together and the noise stopped and returned to the little whirling noise of the wheel spinning when she ran on it. (Yin doesn't chew wheel / duct tape, if yours is likely to chew using this may not be a good idea).

That is a good quick-fix Scampi, I forgot about good old duck tape!
