Thank you so much! As for the water bottle I cut off the top of an old sock and rolled it up to form a donut which fits perfectly in the hole and holds the water bottle very sturdily!

Sadly, I ruined mine and had to throw it out. They aren't huge, but they are scarce...wish I would've taken better care of mine!!

Well, they only want $25 for theirs. Don't know if that's worth it. What are they new?

Honestly, I don't know. I paid $15 for mine at a flea market, but I was also in a pinch and needed a temporary cage immediately, so I wasn't too concerned about cost.

Having read some reviews and looked at the size I think I'll pass. It's not really big enough for a hamster on its own and I just picked up a free Ovo Loft that I think I'm going to turn into a winter garden play yard. It's only slightly smaller but at least it's clear so I can grow plants inside it!
