Sputniks- Are they any good?
I really like the look of the sputnik houses/hammock things by savic and before I bought one, I wanted to know what people think of them. I would buy it for my syrian to put in her new cage, whch is the zooplus Barney. Do they attatch to cages easily? Has anyone used them with a Barney?
Thanks

I haven't attached mine (lack of bars on the roof of the cage xD) so it's standing in the base of Fudge's cage. To be fair she uses it as a tunnel rather than a bed but they look pretty easy to attach

Magic rarely uses his. Storm can be found in his quite often but seems to use it mainly as a toilet!

Bolt has one, it attaches to the bars really easily, no problem. He doesn't really go in it that often, although I have caught him having a little looks around it once or twice

I think i am gonna get one, they seem to be pretty cheap at p@h. Just got to see how much money I have left after buying her cage! I think she will enjoy it, she loves climbing!

All mine have one. They've never taken to the idea of it as a bed but it's been a hit as a sandbath, somewhere to hide treats, and just a nice place for a wash. My climber loves it as he hops about between ledges, hammocks and the Sputnik.

Re: Sputniks- Are they any good?
I used to have mine in my hamsters cages but they never used them which is a shame because they look so cute and come in loads of different colours now.

LOVE the sandbath idea! I have a sputnik sitting around doing nothing... perhaps my new robo would appreciate the privacy of it as a sandbath
