Hmm, the inside measurements are 605 x 370mm so it would be just a few cm too small for a pair of dwarves, and quite a lot too small for a Syrian.
I wonder if they sell bigger ones?

Those are tiny They're even smaller than a mini duna and are nowhere near tall enough for a wheel.

ETA You need something as close to 80 by 50 cm as you can get, and tall enough for an 8 or 12 inch wheel, so something more like 110 litres rather than 8.

Unfortunately, the Wilkos bin is marginal on height for an 8 inch wheel
