Colourful enclosures
I think Chris used to hold the most colourful cage on Hamster Central award for his lovely Biscuits' enclosure!!!
I like the trays to catch any "fallout" from the cages - good idea

Used to... that Crittertrail 2 had at least 10 different colors. The bars, wheels, food dish, top, bottom, petting area, and so on all were a different colors. It was made with "littlle" kids in mind. Only problem was the size.

I don't have any pics of my hamster cage at the moment, I will try to get one over the weekend. One of my hamsters is in the Crittertrail 1 cage, and the other is in one from Wal-mart. I want to get either a Crittertrail 2 or 3 cage. I haven't decided yet. I am trying to find somewhere cheap to get it from. Thanks.

loveitalot have you considered a bin cage? If you have a Syrian hamster a Crittertrail 2 will be too small for him. (I know from personal experience). Although it may be OK if you connect it to the Crittertrail 1.

Ferplast Paula
I was bored today!
This is my Ferplast Paula and it really is so small (46 x 46.5 x 31 cm) - there is no room for a potty in there once you get a food bowl, house and toilet roll tube inside... I am going to connect it to some more Ferplast Tube-Line / Combi add-ons and use it for one of my colonies of Winter White Russian Dwarves, but there are people out there I know who use these for fully grown Syrians. The Syrian hamster you see in the following pictures is only 4 weeks old and just over 3 inches long, 1.5 inches wide.
Welcome the latest addition to Babyboos Hamstery as yet un-named. There was a name I saw on here which I loved but sadly my sieve brain has forgotten it - can any of you remember, or suggest a name? The wheels these cages come with are tiny aren't they! She is running madly in it as we speak, must have got bored after spending TWO whole hours going round and round the tubes!

Wow! Cunning Ham
Carefresh you are a genius That is it exactly and she did manage to work out those tubes pretty quickly so Cunning Ham is quite apt. In fact she was out off the holes where they connect to the cage before I had a chance to complete the circuit and off across the floor...

Babyboos, you must have been bored! Poor hams will probably get lost. when will you move cunning-ham out and the dwarfs in?
Candace, I need to get a new wheel for my ham, he back is bent slightly when he runs. he is about 6 6 1/2 inches long. how big should the wheel be?
