Weston-super-Mare show, 11 March SHC
Will anyone be at this show?
I'm *thinking* of entering Hazel. She's a nice big ham, I think she's a pretty good standard despite being a rescue, I'd be interested to see how she did against all the posh show hams! She's really even tempered, I think she'd behave herself for the judge.
I wouldn't take Toby, although he's fine with me now I think it'd be too stressful for him to go into the pets section, he wouldn't enjoy being handled by strangers so wouldn't do well anyway.

Can you just turn up to have a look around at shows?
I've never actually been to one before and don't have a clue about such things
I'd love to see lots of hamsters though, and stock for sale sounds very interesting

absolutely go along for a look
I recommend it for anyone who can spare an hour or so
and do get prepared before you go if you are interested in a new hamster as they are usually very irresistable

If you look at the date of the original post it is actually from last year so you will have missed it! Sorry to dissapoint you but there will probably be one at around the same time this year. If you click on shows for 2007 on this site you might find one that is close to you that you could go to!
