I'm planning to and I'm not driving so that should definitely help me be up to it. Got 5 pups leaving for new homes too

I'll be there.

The acting Show Manager has asked whether I'd Book Steward although I'm not sure which section at the moment. If it turns out that I'm not needed then it means that I'll be able to listen to the AGM properly rather than just catching snippets of it.

For anyone wanting to enter the main class, the entries will close tonight at 9pm so can you make sure that you have your entries in by then.

As always, pets can be entered on the day.

I ended up not Book Stewarding for the main section in the end although helped the Pet Hamster Judge with writing down the comments and adding up all the scores. There were some really nice hamsters entered into the pet class.

Team Metallica are still not quite on form as Victoria still has some ruffling of her fur after her skin split. Time will tell if she'll ever recover her glorious coat condition or if I'll be retiring her. .

Joshua wasn't taken to this show so I had a space in my pen carrier and as Lord James wasn't looking too bad, I put him in the show instead but in hindsight, given his track record of getting rather prominent moult lines in between benching and judging, perhaps I should have left him at home. He placed bottom of his class. On the plus side he didn't come at the very bottom of the main class entrants like Juno did a few weeks ago.

At the moment the show team is pretty much being carried by Matthew who came away with a 1st in Normal Chinese and a 3rd in Small Hamstery.

The Metallica Piggies came to this show but didn't do as well as they had in Bath earlier in the year. They behaved themselves though and got plenty of smooshes which they seemed to enjoy.
