Want to go to my first Hamster Show?

We've taken Flick several places to visit people and the like and so many people have commented on how much she looks like a model hamster from a magazine! I checked in a hamster book and she pretty much fitted the description of a Short haired sable show hamster perfectly so I would like to have a little go at showing her, for fun.
But I've never shown any animals before. We have two show a quality cats and been to a cat show to chat to their breeder every year but I've never taken animals myself.
I'm located in Herts/Beds and quite near to London. I would like to take her to a show however I don't know what to do and who to contact!
She's also from a pet-shop, not a breeder so would she be allowed to go to in a normal (not pet) class? At the cat shows I go to they need a pedigree certificate.
Also on websites about shows they say contact the show secretary to enter but I haven't seen any web pages that have a contact adress for the show secretary so please will someone lead me to the details of a Herts/Beds/London show?
And finally, it says things like 'provided with a small piece of vegetable and a dog biscuit' and 'the cage for shorthairs must be lined with wood shavings'.
Do I provide all this? Even if I'm just hiring the cage?

You can enter main class if you want to.
And you provide all but the dog biscuit for main class.
