2.5 hours for us, but we're staying over. It's just £19 a night at travelodge peartree and they let hamsters in for free.

we're only entering Paddy because of the embarrassment and difficulty of carrying 3 big cages into the travelodge and because of Oscar's psycho attack at Alcester.

what's the free membership class btw?

I looked at Travelodge but it's up to £60 a night now

Free membership class is an add up of who wins it (BIS) for free membership with that club for the next year

yeah, you have to book from 18 days in advance and it's really sneaky. if you just search for a date it'll give you the full price option. you have to click on find a super saver room first. Also, if you want more than one night you have to book each night separately or it'll charge you the full price... it says that in the super duper small print. It took us about an hour to book the Oxford hotel

edit: just checked and there's only full price rooms left now. for future reference you need to go on www.travelodge.co.uk rather than the site of the individual travelodge, then click find a super saver room and THEN put a location in. If you put a location first, it'll just come up with full price. It really doesn't want you to find the cheap rooms!

Oscar spent the whole time at Alcester going mental and biting the bars. At one point i looked over at the show bench and you could just see one pen rocking all over the place... that was my Oscar
