With regard to the Novice class it is the OWNER who must be in the first year of showing spud's mum so yes he can go in novice as it is yours and Rosies first year as exhibiters. You need to find his DOB for young stock though as that is up to 16wks on the day of the show.
I have checked my schedule (paper copy) and it definitly does not have Sue's e-mail address on it
It does have the sales manager's on it though!

what i didn't know, regarding novice, is does it run for a year from when you joined the club, or a year from when you first entered a show? cos some people may have been members for years, but never shown. I joined the club in November, but didn't show til march, so do i have to move onto intermediate in Nov or March?

I believe novice is from the date of your first show Bunsey for one year, then you can enter intermediate for your second year. That is what we did even though we had been members for quite a while Nelson was our first show hamster.

I've just had an email from Sue letting me know she has got me down and telling me to just bring them to the show and she will sort me out from there.
so thanks for all the advice, and see you there!
(Butterbean is deciding what to wear already in case there are any nice men there - but has decided to go 'au naturel' what a hussy! )
