Exclamation Roborovski Hamsters for Adoption - Virginia

Dear friends,

As you may know, my two Roborovski hamsters had given birth about a month ago. Since the time to rehome them is approaching, I am in need of adopters. The specifications are below:
Location: Northern Virginia, Ashburn.
Kind of hamster: Roborovski (4 are up for adoption).
Hamster age(s): ~4 weeks.
Reason they were abandoned?: Unable to care for in total of 8 hamsters.
Any health problems/special needs?: None.
Any behavioral problems?: None.
Type of household hamster would best be suited to: Any conditions. Live well alone, but have been handled sufficiently to be somewhat tame. This is a smaller breed but can be very playful with human friends.
Link to rescue facility: None.
For more information send PM on forum?: Yes
For more information send email to: pranav.samineni@gmail.com

I have tried to post listings to purchase/adopt a hamster on many sites including craigslist, as well as contacted family friends/community groups and even gone to the length of putting up flyers in the nearby area. Unfortunately, I have gotten no response. 28 days have passed since they were born so I've had to separate them into different cages. Seeking professional sexing is a problem due to it being a financial investment that my family does not wish to make. I've tried to identify the gender myself but the consequence would be disastrous if I made a mistake... So, I've tried to make the best accommodations possible, a picture below:

Mother and father in cage on the floor and in the background. Baby hamsters are in 6 cages on table, covered in tinfoil on the edges to ensure they do not escape. I've now put dividers on the bigger cage to create more space, but these conditions are only short-term and in no way am planning to keep them like this for more than a couple days.
I simply do not have enough resources to care for all of the hamsters, so please let me know if anyone here is able to adopt them. I've called my local petsmart/petco as well as the wildlife refugee but unfortunately the petstore does not take back the hamsters (even though they made the gender mistake in the first place) and the wildlife refugee will only accommodate if they are in immediate need of assistance. I would be very grateful and appreciate your help!

A couple questions while on the topic -
I've cut out the bottom of a cup for them to drink water, are the hamsters able to drink out of this instead of the original water dispenser?
I plan to keep 2 of the baby hamsters in addition to the parents. I will try my best to sex them and in the case that one is a male, would the father accept his child after nearly a month of not seeing it?
