Durham, NC to Hampton, VA
I was wondering if anyone knows how far it is from Durham, NC to the border of Virginia? There is a Syrian hamster in Durham that I would love to adopt, but it's a four hour drive. The picture below is Amelia. She has a twin sister named Isabelle. I don't know if she's available, but I sent an email to the rescue group to find out. I might not be able to go down there til the end of week.

Could you not do an online routefinder and that should tell you the time and distance? looks like a pretty hamster. I thought you were waiting a year though

Re: Durham, NC to Hampton, VA
I just wanted to know the distance from Durham to the border! I know it's about four hours from here to there, but I have relatives who live in North Carolina who could pick her up if I wanted to adopt her. However, I would rather wait a year because I would prefer to adopt from a breeder (at this rate - I've been looking long before I got into Campbell's dwarfs - I will end up having to rescue in order to avoid buying from a pet store).
