Default Hair loss?

Renesmee has a small amount of hair loss near her back right leg.
I know that after about a year of age some hamsters start to lose some fur. I was just wondering if there was anything i could do to help it grow back?
I was told last night about giving her brocalli and bean sprouts, or a yeast tablet in morning porridge.
I read in my hamster book that vitamins in her water can be good, she has a vitamin rock that i have yet to put in, which is made by the same people that make the vitamins for the water. Is there any difference between them? Or do they both do the same job?

There are no small scabs on her leg so im guessing its not mites or anything like that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated : )

Protein sometimes helps, like pieces of chicken every so often or a hamster food with a higher protein content

Okay thats cool I could try that.
Is there anything you feed your hammies that helps with things?
Or like mixtures of stuff that they like? xx

too much cod liver oil could cause an upset tummy, i wouldn't give it everyday but i'm not sure how much or how often it should be given.
Mine love baby food, i used a vegetable and potatoe one but you can get meat ones which should provide extra protein

I wouldn't really want to risk using cod liver oil if it could upset her tummy.
Ah I never thought of baby food. Would a meat one be safe for her? Im thinking maybe a small bit of baby food 2 mornings out of 7 then one morning with a small bit of boiled egg? Do you think that would be okay, and help her skin and fur? xx

meat ones are fine as long as they have no onion or spice and should do some good for her, great for older or growing hammies too, although i'm not sure whether Nessie is older or younger?

I crushed up some bean sprouts and put them in nessie's porridge, cos i didnt want her to just stuff her cheeks with them and not eat them, she seems to like it. Is there anything else that might help that i can disguise in her ready break? x
