Dwarf Hamster Fur Loss

Hi everyone! Just looking for some advice and reassurance!
I have a dwarf hamster names Honey who is 2 years and 2 months old. I noticed tonight while she was playing that she has a small patch of fur missing just above her hind leg. It doesn't look particularly red or irritated, and she hasn't been scratching or grooming more either. She is otherwise absolutely fine in herself, playing, weeing, eating, drinking as normal, nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever!! I appreciate that she is fairly old for a dwarf hamster, and she is going to come across health problems, but is it possible that this is down to get old age or something more sinister?? I also appreciate that even if it was something more sinister then there isn't much that could be done, but id just like a bit of advice!! Thanks in advance!

I think fur loss in elderly hamsters isn't unusual but i couldn't honestly say if it is age related or something sinister in your hamster's case.

Personally, i'd just keep an eye on it and watch out for any itching, redness, or sore skin. A daily pinch of brown linseeds is good for their fur and they like to lick them up
