I think you said he was 2 - an old man approaching the end of his life cycle
I would let him eat what he enjoys, in my mind better that he spends his twilight days enjoying food then being put on a special diet which is not nearly as tasty.

Thanks to everyone for trying to help.

I found the post Requesting advice on syrian with bloated abdomen - Ailments & Injuries - Hamster Hideout Forum and was wondering, could Pandy's kidney issue be done by kidney/bladder stones? Could those be picked up on ultrasound? The vet didn't mention anything about it at all or the possibility of it being.

Pandy's weight has also gone back up to 129g. He's been sleeping quite a lot and still eating a good bit (about normal amount in terms of his normal food, still very keen on pearl barley and couscous), not too fond of his normal water bottle but willing to drink the probiotic water in a syringe (1ml in one go).

I've also asked in other other forum and was told red grapes could help his kidney issue, we've never given him any because our previous 2 hammy, Plubby and Cocoa had grapes before and it could just be unfortunate timing. For Plubby she had a tumor and passed away 2 months after. For Cocoa we I can't remember exactly when we gave her, but she has a fluid sack (can't remember the term) in her that burst and took her life, we couldn't get any surgery for Plubby as the vet didn't do those for hamsters and it'd be risky for them, for Cocoa's issue it happen all of a sudden, not sure if there was anything we could've done to have helped her.

While it probably isn't related to grapes, just been skeptical ever since then.

Other thing was that Pandy's breathing issue may be related to congestive heart failure, which the vet didn't bring up at all, even when checking his urine.

Would like to do as much as possible to help him get better if possible or make him feel better so any help is much appreciated.

I think I mentioned kidney/bladder stones as something to rule out at the beginning of this thread, they are usually diagnosed with x ray I think, that can be a problem with hams so it is something to consider.
I don’t see that red grapes are going to make any difference or be particularly beneficial, as I said before there really is little you can do other than keep protein levels moderate (but not too low) with kidney problems.
You’ll find all sorts of things online if you look hard enough so it’s. probably better not to at this stage, discuss all your concerns & questions with the vet (it can help to make a list so you don’t forget something) & concentrate on giving the best quality of life now.

So far, we've been giving 2 syringe of the powder water a day, about 2ml of water, he'll finish it all in one go if you let him, so we usually give him about 0.5ml and then wait a couple hours then give him the rest.

Yesterday one of his pee patch had a little faint green in it, not sure if that is the doing of the powder.

As for his weight, his weight still about the same, was 129g last weigh.

He still seems quite tired, he still eats some of his normal hamster food, but doesn't seem too interested, but he's still quite interested in hamster soup (consists of couscous, pearl barley, cauliflower and carrot).

He also seems a little more relaxed when being pet, just leaving my hand next to him and petting him on and off seems to ease his breathing.

Lastly, the right side his back where the kidney is feels like it has shrunk, I don't feel the rounded ball shape there that was there a day or two ago, left side doesn't seem to have anything noticeable, and his belly closer to the mid bottom has gotten more rounded, but it's soft, not sure if that has anything to do with him just eating and sleeping in a cycle.

Edit:
He still seems to groom himself too, poop count has went down however, used to be 60+ a day, today so far it's only been in the 20s, probably related to him not eating his solid food as much.

Update:

So far no major changes, his Pandy's breathing is still quite fast at times and a little slower at times.

The swelling part feels somewhat smaller, which is odd as the vet said nothing could be done about it.

He's still quite tired and hasn't asked to come out at all. His routine as of now, consist of eating, grooming pooping/peeing and sleeping, yesterday there was a decent amount of water gone from his water bottle and he wasn't as keen to finish the syringe of probiotic, not sure if he had drank from it since he hasn't recently.

He still eats a good bit of his normal food and the hamster soup, occasionally he gets a small piece of mango. Other than the veggies inside his hamster soup, we've not really given him his regular amount of veggies (3-4 piece a day) and his fruit amount has been slightly reduced in size (we've also not given him much of any hamster treats lately), as we are unsure if it's okay for him to be consuming as much as he did before.

His weight has also gone up to 137g.
His belly feels kind of rounded, might be due to the amount he is consuming and lack of movement.

Update:

Pandy had pee in his blood again just a short while ago before this post, not sure if we can get anything from the vet at this point in time. But I don't know if antibiotics will help or do more harm with his kidney issue.

He also still seems very tired and uncomfortable, like the last time he had blood in his pee.

His breathing is still on the faster side, today he has been making more clicking noises when breathing, which may be mucus from what I researched, unsure what to do there too.

As of now the only thing we've been doing keeping him warm and giving him more probiotics. Not sure what else to do.

Pandy passed away this morning.

One of us was going to look for those stuff for him while one stayed with him.

I was with him when he started heavily breathing from his mouth, then he just stopped in my hand.

Was less than 20 minutes after he started breathing from his mouth that passed, he just stopped and he was gone.

I hope it was painless, we'll miss him, he was such a trusting and smart hammy.

Still hoping he'll miraculously get up.

Some pictures of Pandy.

Last picture we'll have of him.

Will miss the time we spent with him, spent so many hours a day just letting him sleep with us, run around and enjoy himself, watching him enjoy his yummy food.

Thought he might have pulled through this time too with how much he already been through, he's such a tough little hammy.

I even got him some new oat cookie treat that he likes alot but the stupid delivery person marked it as delivered and it didn't show up till just earlier, 2 days later of marking it as delivered, Pandy didn't get to eat them.
