I don’t like to second guess a vet but if he has blood in his pee then the test will show excess protein from the blood, that is quite normal with a UTI but as the vet didn’t discuss it with you it’s impossible to know how high the levels were but I would still just consider it to be a UTI for now at least, it does sound as though he may be picking up a bit which could be the antibiotics working, it takes time for them to really kick in & work.
Giving a bit of chicken when he has such a low protein diet wouldn’t cause there to be protein in the urine.
What is the dialysis powder, I haven’t heard of hams being given that before.
I wouldn’t worry about the minerals in the veggies, they’ll be fine to give him & the micronutrients in them will help to give him a boost.

There aren't many vets willing to check hamsters here, none other around here unfortunately.

When we asked him further regarding the powder he only said to keep giving him, we asked him what is it, name or anything, he just said dialysis, which we asked, isn't that a treatment than the name of the said medicine, to which he replied us with a picture of what it contains
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Olea europaea
Fructo-oligosaccharides

He doesn't seem to be willing to explain or go into detail much unfortunately.

Our hammy is a Syrian, currently weighs about 129g -131g, prior to this he was about 140g, which was a few weeks back before the blood in his pee.

The food we are currently giving him is Jolly Crispy Hamster, we have another one with the same nutritional and ingredients ratings called Chubby Crunchy Hamster even if the contents look different from the first, and another one with no nutritional details.

The vet told us to give him 3ml of the antibiotics everyday for a week and a pinch of the powder too, he said to sprinkle on his food, but he usually doesn't eat all his food so we mixed it into a syringe, we also weren't sure if giving him 3ml of antibiotics a day was too much so after the first day we lowered it to 2ml, because he really doesn't like it and just closes his mouth and refuses to take anymore after a bit.

The amount in the antibiotic syringe is also alot more than enough even if giving him 3ml a day for a week, so I'm not sure if we should be finishing the whole thing.

Prior to this we were much less strict with his diet regarding his hamster food, as of now we scoop exactly 12g of his hamster food, which has some stuff he won't ever touch in the mix.

Before, I'd usually pick up pieces he like more and add it to mix, and he'd fairly often, get to pick from the container of food on his own for a short bit, but he also takes some of the lesser like bits if we gave him, he used to take about 20ish plus sunflower seeds a day, and maybe half a ground but to a full ground but, his food used to total to maybe about 25g.

He'd also get a hamster treat every day or an alternate, usually, which varies from a walnut pellet, peanut pellet, oat cookie, strawberry/fish chew pellet, cheese/strawberry chew stick, dried sweet potato.

We also started giving him a drop or two of cod liver oil every 3 days when he started losing fur for the past few months.

Veggies consists of the list mentioned before, usually 2 - 5 pieces of veggies from the bunch a day.

So far all the mentioned foods above have been stopped.

He hasn't drank water from his own bottle for the past few days, but he might be getting water from the hamster soup, consist of coucous (made of wheat) and pearl barley along with some veggie bits, boiled, so he may be getting water from there, we've been giving him about 2 teaspoons worth every half a day.

The dialysis powder is just a probiotic, some form of olive (seed or plant I don’t know but the whole plant does have antioxidant properties) & a prebiotic so it won’t be doing him any harm & may do him some good although I’m not sure how that would specifically benefit his kidneys, no harm in giving that anyway.
It’s not really possible to know about the antibiotic dose as dilution may vary making it sound a lot compared to what we would usually be prescribed her for hams but it is generally best to finish a course of antibiotics & not stop it early, as he seems to be improving then I would keep giving it.
I’m guessing good hamster food isn’t available where you are but I wouldn’t cut back on anything, give him ample food mix & I would supplement with some healthy seeds if you can get them, hemp & flax (linseed) are good all round, if you can get buckwheat try some of that, I wouldn’t give sunflower or sesame seeds as they are a bit higher in phosphorus, although I don’t think you should be trying to exclude that from his diet there’s no point in giving foods that are particularly high in it. Pumpkin seeds would be better.
Try to stick to more normal hamster foods for treats if you can, things like the seeds, nuts, try millet if you can get it & things like plain chicken again, give plenty of fresh veg too.
How does he get on with the soup? If he likes it then no harm in continuing with that but I wouldn’t make that too large a part of his diet. Their diet really shouldn’t contain too much liquid, that may even put a strain on the kidneys.
If he’s not drinking from his bottle (& that may be because he doesn’t need to if he is eating the soup) try giving a small shallow bowl & see how he gets on with that.
Just as a kind of summary I would suggest keep up the meds don’t cut out foods because of phosphorus etc & just concentrate on giving him the best quality complete diet you can.

So far he seems to be back to being more active, asked to come out again last night and spent his usual amount outside, the vet gave a piece of paper with the test results, will post later, we're also going to test his pee again soon to see if there's any changes, if UTI may cause excess protein, it clearing up should show a different result in his pee.

I’m not sure what the exact figures should be but if you test with the urine testing strips it’s fairly easy to gauge whether the results are within a safe/healthy range.

Never used those before, wouldn't be sure on what type to get.

Update on his condition:
So far his pee seems back to normal (except one session yesterday, but other than that, rest has been normal), he is eating his normal food, and drinking his water too.

We've cut down the hamster soup to once a day, he still gets his veggies but in lesser amounts, haven't found any of the mentions seeds before yet.

His pee was tested again a couple days ago, some of the ratings had gone down, but still might have infection so he got another syringe of antibiotics, vet didn't mention anything about kidney failure this time, and says can't be told through pee, vet can't seem to really be relied on unfortunately.

Our hammy has also more or less gone back to his normal routine, with him asking to come out at a certain time and being out for a long while, but he seems to have switched where he sleeps and pees with each other while in his place, and seems a more demanding about being outside, he can sleep outside and do all his other stuff for hours, but is reluctant to go back to his place, since getting better seems to be more apparent now.

https://imgur.com/a/ff7kzXE
He is also comfortable with sleeping in my hand again, so it seems his stomach region is feeling good enough for him to stretch out again.

Thanks for helping in clarifying stuff when he wasn't feeling well, the vet didn't really help and we weren't sure what to change or what should stay to help him get better.

Great news that he seems to be getting so much better now, it does sound as though it was just a UTI so hopefully he’ll make a complete recovery now.
I would imagine you could get the test strips where you are in a chemist/pharmacy they’re the same ones that are used to test human urine & are easy to use with the chart provided.

Is this safe for him to eat? Says flexseed, not sure what the golden part is about.

Yes that’s fine, there are golden & brown flaxseed, the brown is slightly better but the gold is fine.
