None of us are able to give medical advice but that looks like a prolapse to me and needs urgent attention. You could try ease it back in but I wouldn't advise it. It's important to get it seen to asap as it can dry out and drop off. I understand she may be acting normal and is old but hamsters can still live active lives for many months at 2 years old. She may have tumours which could also be pushing it out. Sending healing vibes, keep us updated x
