Unhappy very lethargic hamster but still moving even he doesn't eat and drink please help me

I don't know what to do I ask some vets online private message them but no one's answering, so I thought my hamster's gonna die already, but he's still moving even he doesn't eat and drink anymore, he's been like this since yesterday morning but still moving until now, I feel so very bad about my hamster because I can't do anything for him even he's still fighting ... pls help me maybe I can make him survive pls ..

my hamster is very lethargic for 3 or 4 days and also had sticky eyes, at first i thought he had diarrhea but it doesn't last long then i thought maybe he's constipated or maybe because he ate too much and became obese because the wheel I ordered doesn't come yet, then 2 days ago he pee with blood as what i saw but he's still drinking water and eating a little, i gave him cucumber then the blood is gone then after i brought him home he doesn't drink and eat anymore until now, also he sleep more since i started to see problem with him .. Until now I don't know the problem, he doesn't show other signs of illness, just lethargy, I'm helping him to drink and eat yesterday but suddenly in the afternoon he doesn't drink and eat anymore .. I tried again last nigt but he still doesn't drink .. I really don't know what happened to my baby 💔😔😭

he's still moving until now i really feel so bad for him that I made him suffer, I can't bring him to a vet because there's no vet that specialize exotic and small animals .. I feel like i'm so useless that I cannot do anything, i'm searching since yesterday also browsing this site but I just created account here now.. I really thought he's gonna die last night but no, he's still moving, I wish I had posted here earlier, I can't think anymore .. I feel so bad 😔😭💔

He does sound very ill. The swelling is likely a tumour or something inside him which may have ruptured. Any vet should be able to put him to sleep to save further suffering. I think you need to prepare for the fact that he is too ill to save now. If you really cannot see a vet then at this stage he is most likely unconcious so leave him well tucked up in his nest and keep him very quiet. Maybe put a light cover over the cage and let him go gently to the bridge if it is his time.
I hope his path is gentle.

thank you for the answer, maybe I can sleep now, knowing that he will go over the rainbow bridge like the others and I can't do anything about that ... I don't want him to suffer anymore, may the Lord relieve his suffering .. I love him so much ...
