Default Diabetic hamster? Or something else

Hello,
I'm back
Earlier in april my hamster had mange (early stages) due to the extreme heat and i treated him with a drop of selamectin. He recovered and was his naughty self within 10 days of treatment.
Its july now and temperatures have dropped to 24-25 , our usual 33-35
Day before yesterday he started acting very different sat perfectly still for 2 HOURS. its like he was moving in slow motion, it seemed like it was difficult for him to move his hind legs. I read somewhere on the forum to massage him a bit to improve circulation if it was due to the cold.
He slept continuously for 2 days - waking up every now and then but not playing on the wheel or coming out ro free roam until last night.
Today hes back to himself but hes been peeing more frequently than usual like 3 times a day and his pee is nearly clear
And before it was yellowish.
Incase you're wondering how i know - he never pees on his bedding he pees in one of his hideouts and I clean it with tissues so i usually always notice the colour

PLEASE HELP

I’m really not sure what might be going on with his slow movement & problem with his hind legs unless this lack of movement was just a symptom of underlying illness, diabetes is rare in a Syrian hamster so it’s unlikely to be an issue, frequent peeing is more likely to be due to a urinary infection less likely but possible is a kidney issue. I would get him checked over by your vet to be sure.
