Unhappy Hamster moved tooth and sneezing

My hamster ghost was chewing his bars on Sunday night when he screeched and flew back and then was bleeding from him mouth, the bleeding stopped after about 2 minutes but then he wouldn’t eat anything, he would try but it looked like it hurt, he ate abit of scrambled egg I made and I took him to the vets the next day. The vet said that his bottom two teeth were abit apart and that may have been what the problem was, I was sent home with loxicom and told he would be fine.

We had him out of his cage about an hour before this happened and he was completely fine but since the incident he’s been doing some occasional sneezes, I’ve had a hamster with a respiratory infection before so I’m very careful to listen for the clicking and sneezing and stuff and there was nothing. His eyes have also been more closed like almost gunky maybe. He’s not been coming out as much either, I weighed his food when I fed him last night and weighed it this morning and 13g was missing so he’s clearly eating or atleast taking his food to his nest.

He’s a very skittish hamster and I’ve raised him from birth but unlike his sister he’s so nervous and hates being held and touched so it’s very difficult for me to check him over and try check his teeth or anything. I’m very worried but as I have already been to the vets I’m concerned they won’t do anything for him.

What do you think, is he just in pain and healing or does it sound like something more? Thanks in advance!
