I think you need to see a vet with your hammy as this problem seems to have been going on for a while. We can't really know what is going on and it sounds as if a vet examination is needed.

His infection was treated 2 weeks ago with drops from the vet so that’s all cleared now. Just never heard him so loud lol I just worry when I hear things.
