Im from india too and its FRUSTRATING how LITTLE INFORMATION vets here have and they look at you like ur craxy for wanting to treat a small animal. When my hamster had flees a vet LITERALLY told me return him and get a different one
Like?????? No.
Thankfully one vet managed to help me but after that she's been of no help at all.
I hope ur hammy gets well

Exactly..u get me..for me too thankfully my hammy recovered..it's took real long.after the course of injection he gradually lost almost all his hair except for a little bit on his face..his skin also was very sensitive and prone to rashes..bt right now after waiting patiently for more than a month he started growing his hair back.little by little..now he has grown atleast 80 percent of his hair back .. he is really healthy, gained back weight and is eating and drinking normally which is great..the only thing is he sleeps a lot now than beforehand..bt that is completely normal I guess..he is almost 2 years now and myt be ageing.bt he still run around and chew a lot when he's awake..very happy to see an Indian hamster owner in this forum..hope we could keep in touch because we are not lucky enough to find much help here and we could help each other..
