Exclamation Neurological problem?

Hello everyone!
I'm an hamster-beginner, I had a robo hamster four months ago and now I have also a russian dwarf hamster named Poretti (like the italian beer lol) (obviously they are separated).
I started doing my research and learned a lot of things about correct size for the cage, the minimum bedding required, the food mixes, the toys etc, so I think I'm doing a good job with them.
Anyway, I bought Poretti two weeks ago and he was very curious and seemed also happy from the beginning. We started the taming sessions pretty early, maybe the fourth day together and he was very confident with my hand and my presence.
However, I noticed weird movements while he eats and cleans himself, like twitches of his feet. Then I noticed he shows the same twitch also in the upper legs. they seems like "nervous tics", like Parkinson, and this scares me very much. He's still eating, drinking, pooping and going on his wheel everyday though, he doesn't show any sign of distress when he is in his playpen. Sometimes he squeaks while he eats, so I thought that maybe he could have pain?
I brought him to a vet but the vet wasn't so expert on exotic animals I suppose, because he continued to call him as a she (even though I am pretty sure he is a male) and he was surprised when I told him that poretti eats mealworms ("I didn't know hamsters eat mealworms!" and I was like wtf). Anyway he told me that poretti seemed ok to him and maybe he ate too much, so he suggested to let him play more often.
I am pretty worried, should I go to another vet?
ps I attached two gifs.
