Default Hamster seems to be very ill

I've been away for three weeks. My flatmate (who is very methodic in following instructions) looked after Pinky.
As I was landing I received a video of Pinky and she looked like she was completely drunk. She wouldn't move a lot as she normally does, and she was shaking uncontrollably.
Monday morning I had a look and she looked super sleepy. I booked an appointment with vet and when I put her in the carrier she seemed to be very fragile. When I opened the carrier at the vets she was like a different animal. She was quite active and looked bright.
I put a warm pad in the carrier with her as the evening was super cold, and that might be the reason of the change.
Vet checked her and said she didn't look dehydrated nor ill. She thinks she had hypoglucose (or something like that) so no treatment advised.

If it's age realated I am surprised that she aged so much during my holidays cause she was super active before.
If it's a sort of torpor the house it's nos cold and she has lived in the same spot for two years (no draughty at all)
I don't know what to do.
She's not coming out of the nest.
Last eve I gave her a little piece of apple and she ate it and I left some pellets and a couple of pumpkins seeds for her to eat.
Any advice welcome

My boy Peanut was like that after a stroke, but he recovered quickly and lived your typical hamster life. Fingers crossed her condition will improve, but at 2 years old she's a dear little old lady now so lots of TLC should be on the cards.

Like Otaku said, my first thought was a stroke. Which they can recover from So who knows. I don't think there is anything you can do unless anyone on here as any other thoughts about it. As you said she isn't in any drafts and you have taken her to the vets. Just see how she goes and like Otaku says lots of TLC
