Red Penis?

Help! Our Russian Dwarf isn’t feeling well. I noticed he was very lethargic when my son was playing with him. My son also noted that he didn’t seem like his cage was as dirty as it usually gets, Bingo is a prolific urinater, but not so the last few days. Anyway, Bingo seems to have a slightly swollen and red penis. Any ideas?

You need to take him to the vet asap. He could have a urine infection and/or a blockage which needs releasing. The other thing is, is his water bottle working ok? It's been very warm weather and they can get dehydrated.
