Default Baytril dosage for a Syrian

I have a Syrian hamster and she weighs 0.12g in weight

I went to the vets yesterday and I found out my hamster has paw dermatitis on her back paws and I was prescribed Baytril antibiotic to give her oral and she weighs 0.12g

It would be best to check back with the vets. The dosage will depend on the concentration of the Baytril and how the vet has prescribed it to be given (usually by syringe or by dilution in water)
It sounds as if your hamster weighs 120g? You are usually given a specific size of syringe and suck up the baytril solution to the level the vet said then give it directly in to the mouth. This can be a little tricky. Baytril doesn't taste nice so you may need to mix it in food. It is literally a drop of the solution.
