Exclamation PLEASE HELP - Hamster fell and acting different

Hi everyone. I am an owner of a Russian dwarf hamster who is 8 months old. Today I was holding her in my hand while sitting on the couch. I had my arm raised when holding her. She was very calm, then suddenly leaped from my hand, landed behind my back (fall was around two feet, landed on padded couch cushion), and tried to burrow behind me. I was trying to grab her, and when I finally did, she began to freak out and was scurrying. I rushed and placed her back in her cage.
Once I placed her in her cage, she was sprinting around, then suddenly froze and had a dazed looked in her eyes. She began to close her eyes slowly and was very stiff. I constantly touched her to make sure she was still alive and she would jolt back. She went to sleep in her corner around 15 minutes later.
I researched symptoms and saw that her symptoms aligned with hamster shock. I saw that warming her up would be good, so I grabbed her and held her. Her behavior was calm. She groomed me and ate some food. I warmed her up and then placed her back in her cage.
My hamster has been sleeping ever since. She will groom herself still and wake up to noises, but she is less rousable and curious than she was before. I tried placing a tube in the cage or made some noise, but she just moves and thats all (usually she will crawl up the tube or will pop her head out). To be fair, it is in the middle of the day (nocturnal).
It has been two hours now since she leaped and fell on the couch. She made no squeals when she landed and upon examining her she looks normal. Has this happened to your hamster? What should I do? How long will it take her to recover?
All advice is appreciated. Thank you so very much.
