Default Advice Needed! Strange substance in sand bath

I was just doing a quick check on Phil this morning and noticed a strange substance in her sand bath. It's almost like a paste. I've never seen pee go like this before although i do know hamster pee is quite thick. I wondered if she might have been digging and managed to smoosh it up into a paste with the sand? I've woke her up and checked her she seems absolutely fine. Fur clean and dry including underneath and bright eyed and ears up. All completely normal. It's just a bit worrying as I don't know what it is or if it's something to worry about? Any ideas would be appreciated.
