Default Reoccurring Fungus Infection in hamster

Hello,so recently my hamster’s belly has started to lose fur again. Last time he was diagnosed with fungus ,we had his fur tested and it came out as positive for fungus. It happened two times before this and he had gone through months of anti fungal treatment. I think it was due to my country’s climate as the area I live in is hot and humid. I change his bedding every two weeks and when he was infected I changed it twice a week. Does anyone have any home remedies I can try to treat it ? I think I’ll still bring him to the vet again if he It worsens but in the meanwhile I’ll try the previous methods which was supplementing omega 3&6s and try to bath him with chlorhexidine solution.
