Re: Natural yogurt before Baytril?
I've been looking up probiotics The Pro-C sounds ok - as long as dosage is correct so they don't get too much Vitamin C - I wouldn't put it in water though.

Re: Natural yogurt before Baytril?
vitamin c is water soluble serendipity so any excess would be excreted. Fat soluble vitamins like vitamin A & D are the sort that can be overdosed on. I've never had any issues with Pro C either in water (it needs changed daily) or a pinch mixed in to babyfood.

Re: Natural yogurt before Baytril?
I think I'll go with the sprinkling it on baby food option as I don't want to risk her becoming dehydrated, although I will have to give the first dose of Baytril without any probiotic as it needs doing tonight and I don't want to leave it any longer. Thank you for everyone's help with the dosage, I feel more comfortable giving her 0.1ml but it is a but worrying that they halved it. It's probably more for my peace of mind than anything else though and I wouldn't have questioned it if I hadn't read about it elsewhere.

This is an old thread but your dose sounds right Either 0.1ml or 0.2ml for a Syrian sounds normal. But I would give it for 7 days whichever dose it is.
What is the Baytril dosage for a syrian?

She weights 140g so it does seem about right now so thats good!
