Default Bald spot?

I just notice that my hamster have some bald spot behind ear and there is a little scab. I didn't see her scratching. A few days she had a tube of toilet paper in which she was urinating and then she very like to scartch that tube. Then I see that bald spot, I took tube away. Can it be from the urine then she was scratching the tube?

Are her nails a bit long? It’s normal for them to scratch behind their ears when grooming but if her nails have got a bit long it could have made a sore place. Also check if there is anything sharp in her cage where she could have had her head. Some wood items have nails and some house entrances and tunnels can be too small. Anything with an entrance needs to be at least 6 cm in diameter or the can get stuck.
