Question Ear Troubles

My hamster, Hibiscus, is a roughly 7 month old campbell's dwarf. She is eating great, is very active, and isn't at all shy. Just an hour ago,I spotted very distinct wet patches behind each of her ears. It doesn't appear to be water, and the patches look somewhat greasy and oily. I really don't think it's just scent glands either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'd add a photo, but she's still a bit too camera shy

Most likely she has been grooming & scenting & it is that, not sure what else it would be tbh, just keep an eye on her & see if it goes back to looking normal soon.
