URGENT! Grunting squeeking hamster

Hello... my hamster is nearly 2. He seemed to have lost weight a month or 2 ago. We changed him to a hamster heaven and he seemd so happy... he put on weight and his fur gone lovely and fluffy again. But today hes mking these weird squeeks and grunts?! Hes not moving much either. Is he ill??? xxx

He does sound as if he is not feeling well and I would advise you to see a vet as soon as possible. It could be a number of things including a chest infection or a stroke.
I would get him in asap. Hope he is OK.

Hes gone back to bed now and no grunting at the moment. Poor little thing. And hes seemed so happy in his new home, its such a shame to see him like this x

Good luck with the vet. Its a good idea to take him so anything that is bothering him can be hopefully sorted.
