Default Somethings not quite right with Daenerys

I had a big clean of all the Animals tonight and when I picked up Daenerys for a cuddle I saw what looked like puss coming from what looked like her bottom.
I put her down and went to get together a towel and some baby wipes to get a closer look, I also got some warm water to wash the area to get a better look.

When I picked her back up I couldn’t see the puss anymore but her bottom looked a little off. Something didn’t look right. And of course my mind went straight to Wet Tail.

I had a little poke around, much to her dismay, bless her, but I noticed her tail wasn’t actually wet. The only thing wrong was her anus looked a bit grey and almost swollen. It wasn’t outright swollen but it looked a bit... bloated.

Knowing the symptoms of wet tail I thought back to her behaviour now and during the last few days, she isn’t lethargic, she’s eating and drinking happily, she isn’t hunched over or acting out of character and her tail and bottom isn’t wet.
So I don’t think that’s what’s wrong here.

I used a little water and straight away she started pooing,
Just a few little ones, it seemed like she was struggling with it, because she hadn’t had any poo coming out before I used some water.

She didn’t like it very much and told me so by biting my fingers gently, which IS unusual for her because she NEVER bites. The most she does is gently pull on a price of clothing when she’s fed up and wants to go home,

Here I got my boyfriend to help me hold her and with some more water and massage in the area she managed a few more long strands of poop and her anus area looked a lot less swollen.
She did about 8 or nine poos.
Some long and connected and others small and tapered at the ends.

She was really unhappy after this and even went straight to bed when I popped her back in her cage, obviously this has stressed her out, bless her.

I hadn’t noticed whether she was pooping less these last few days because like I said today was full cage clean out day so it was a little messier then usual.

Do you think this just sounds like constipation? Or a small blockage of poop?
I’m a bit paranoid that it’s wet tail and I’ll wake up to find her passed away but I keep reminding myself that she didn’t seem to have any of those symptoms.

Sorry to hear your Daenery isn't well, I would take her to the vet & get her checked as soon as you can.
It's possible she may have an blockage somewhere in her intestines or something else wrong there that's causing the problem but any sign of pus in a female could be a symptom of pyometra which needs to be treated as soon a possible, when she sees the vet you should know exactly what's wrong & what may need to be done.
