What causes loss of appetite?
My hamster seems to be eating less.
Iv'e removed the 'treat' stick as this could be why I don't see much or if any 'normal' food missing from her bowl.
She is scratching quite abit, and her teeth have been chattering.
Her poo seems normal, as far as i can tell, maybe a tad smaller than usual.
What causes loss of appetite apart from wet tail or diarrhoea?
Apart from the above she seems fine within herself.
I will obviously keep an eye on her and take her to the vets if it persists.

Re: What causes loss of appetite?
It's impossible to say what it might be really, an kind of illness or pain could cause a loss of appetite. Chattering her teeth may be a sign that she's stressed or unwell.
Have you changed her food at all recently.
