They can be allergic to anything, just like people. Have you changed hand soaps or anything?
Personally, although her old mix wasn’t very good, it switch her back for a month or so, just to eliminate the possibility of a food allergy

I think a food allergy is unlikely tbh, if it was that a reaction would most probably have shown earlier & the symptoms don't suggest that, trying to eliminate foods or switching back to a poor mix could just exacerbate the symptoms & possible nutritional deficiencies.
The scented sand could have been an issue depending on what was in it but it will take time now to know if that was causing or contributing to the problem.

Do you have a full list of ingredients for the new food rinn123?

The ones you were using aren't really very good the cunipic is low in protein & doesn't have a good variety of ingredients nor it versele laga very good really, if you get a better mix for her that would be better as it's possible she may be deficient in some nutrients, while that may not be the cause it will impact on her being able to heal well.
No I don't know the nutritional value of the mix. But i give her a few oxbow blocks for the fibre content. I give her some mealworms, freeze dried chicken and freeze dried fish occasionally. I'm getting a mix of supreme blocks, harry hamster for her from overseas which will be arriving soon. We don't have a lot of good choices here where I live, Malaysia.

I don't recall changing hand soaps or applying anything on my hands.

Here's the ingredient list for the mix i'm currently using. It's translated from Chinese.

Grains: tri-color quinoa, shell-free buckwheat, shell-free millet, shelled millet, brown linseed, coarse oatmeal, corn kernels, rye, wheat, purple buffalo barley, rice bran, tri-color brown rice, white sorghum, black beans, Soy beans, red beans, mung beans, black eyed beans, pinto beans, red lentils, glutinous rice, glutinous rice, fenugreek seeds
Nuts: walnuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, peanuts
Snacks : buckwheat crisp, corn crisp, alfafa pellets, popcorn, fruity alfafa pellets

Now i'm currently only giving her this and the oxbow blocks to see if her condition improves. And also a small chunk of bell pepper and small bits of lettuce daily.

There are a lot of beans in that mix you're using & I'm not at all sure that will be doing her any good.
If the Harry Hamster is arriving soon she might be ok until then but if it's going to be a while you would probably be safer switching back to Versele laga until then.
The oxbow pellets are very high in fibre & I doubt she needs that much so you could stop using those.
The protein extras are all good.
Lettuce is fine but not everyday, maybe once or twice a week at most, try to give her a good variety of veg, particularly green veg like broccoli, kale, pak choi, if possible so she doesn't have the same thing more than every few days, that will help with micro nutrients, if you're unsure about what's safe there's a list here.

Okay! Thank you. Even though there are alot of different beans I see that there are actually just a few beans as she only gets one or two in her daily serving. I see, so I should keep giving her different veggies everyday Can i rotate between like 5 veggies a week and repeat it every week?

That would be fine with the veg, you don't have to worry about it too much, sometimes we don't always have something different to give them which is ok but aim for as much variety as you can .

It's not commonly known but food allergies can present as skin irritations and hives, in humans and animals, the skin irritations can take longer to present than other allergies.
