Default Antibiotics for Robo

Hi everyone!

We've had our robo for 9 months now but he's recently contracted a urine infection and has been recommended 0.01 of syringed Bayril but we're having trouble syringing it into his mouth. We were recommended syringing by the vet as it's such a small amount. The problem we are having is that he won't open his mouth to take the antibiotic! Is there anything anyone can recommend to encourage him to take it?

We are starting to get concerned as his symptoms aren't improving without it!

Thanks!
