It's hard to tell from photos but it does look as though she's got worse, I don't think bathing it with saline is really going to be enough & agree it's a good idea to get her back to the vet.

Hi!
I'm once again sorry for not updating you, writing in English takes so much time!
I just need to tell you that she has made an awesome full recovery!
the thing on the side of her ear that was a big lump was just a scab (not super sure that that is the English word, the crust that appears on wounds) it fell of on Tuesday and under it was just really pink but completely whose skin!
I would add pictures but she is sleeping at the moment and I'm not sure that the picture would show anything.
I know she is 1 year and 11 months so she is probably not going to live long anyway but it would feel so much better of her passing of age then her passing of a sickness I do not have the money to treat. I still check her over every day and at the end of the month I'm getting an income again and can use some of that money to treat her if needed
