Dwarf hamster with yellow fur on butt and tummy

This was my daughter's hamster we had to take control over her. She seems to have lost quite a bit of weight. And her but and tummy have been tinged yellow and does not look healthy. We noticed it a few days ago cleaned her cage and wiped her off. She is really light moody and not happy to be held. My two Syrians are healthy and eat well and seem to be having no trouble. Any help would we appreciated. Thank you

It might be an idea to have her checked out by a vet and especially have her urine tested for diabetes. Does she drink and wee a lot? Diabetes is not uncommon in pet store dwarfs and the urine will stain the rump and belly as they get damp with it due to weeing a lot. It also causes weight loss. There can be other causes and hopefully a vet can check this out.
