Default Help, my hamster doesn't grow

Hi, one of my hamsters, Anna, is really small, and she hasn't grown very much since I got her (she was 3-4 weeks when I got her). She's about 4 months now, but she seems to grow really slow, or not grow at all. She eats a lot, compared to my other hamster, but she's way smaller (my other hamster is 8 months, but I remember that at 4 months old, she was bigger) I suspect Anna to have diabetes, because of other symptoms, (I plan on testing her these days), but could her not growing be related to this, is it some other cause, or is it natural?

Which species is she & how much does she weigh?
3-4 weeks sounds very young to be going to a new home so if she was that age I'm wondering if she may have been separated from her mother too soon.
Is she drinking & peeing a lot? If so then do test her to be sure if she has diabetes or not.
If she does have diabetes then that could affect her growth & weight.
What are you feeding her?

The problem with her, was that when I got her from the pet shop, all the hamsters were already separated from their mom, and it was a gift for my little sister (my parents gave her the hamster, I was just there to help) she can't take good care of this hamster, so I do all the wodk. She used to be drinking, eating a lot, and she was too active, she would run and jump from my hand, I couldn't manage her, around that time I found out that my hamster species is prone to diabetes,(she's a Russian dwarf hamster) so I took out the corn, and the green and yellow flakes from her food, also I didn't give her any sweet fruits, and now, she's fine, she eats and drinks normally, she's so social and sweet, and she always wants to come on my hand to play, she's more of the active kind, but she's not hyperactive! She does pee almost instantly, every time I put her in a plastic container (she doesn't pee on my hand though). I researched and I can't buy ketone diastix where I live. I'm feeding her hamster food from Vitapol, but I take out the corn and the yellow and green flakes, and I supplement that with different veggies, buckwheat, chia seeds, flaxseed, lentils...

Sorry I didn't make the connection with your other post about feeding your ham.
If you got her from a pet shop it's unlikely she was that young, possible I guess as I don't know which country you're in & how they do things there but they are normally older than that.
It's really not a good idea to remove corn or other things from the mix, you will have no way of knowing what nutritional value the food has when you do that & the things you're removing do have benefits like fibre & vitamins that she needs, supplementing with other things isn't a simple answer as she still won't be getting a balanced diet.
The food also contains molasses which may be more of a problem than the things you're removing.
If you can't get the strips to test it's impossible to know if she is diabetic or not.
How much is she drinking?
Russian hams are very active, females even more so than males so being very active isn't a sign that something is wrong unless she doesn't seem to sleep much at all & is constantly getting up to drink.
I would stop removing things from the mix, give her small amounts of other things but not too much & see how she goes.
Keep up with the veg too.

Thank you for your response, different people have different opinions about removing some ingredients because of their sugar content, but I'll definitely stop removing the corn and other things from the mix, and I'll see how that goes!
Our pet shops though aren't really up to date when it comes to hamsters, and in general people in my country give hamsters poor living conditions, they can breed young hams from the same litter, etc.. So the hams were probably separated from their mom at a young age. She's drinking normally now, and she's fine!
Thank you for the advice, have a nice day!
