Default Is this safe for a hamster?

I normally buy my hamsters CareFresh White Paprr bedding but it was just too expensive for me this month, so I had to get an alternative. I had gotten this recycled paper bedding but upon opening the bed I was slightly nervous, nothing stood out as red flags, I just have never used this before so I'm unsure about it. Is it safe for my hamsters?

It looks ok but without seeing what it says on the packet it's hard to say. If it is just plain paper with nothing else it should be.
Can you get kaytree clean & cosy? I don't know about where you are but here it works out cheaper than carefresh so it may be worth looking into, just the plain white one is totally safe & a good substrate.

There's a thread here that tells you how to resize your photos that you might find helpful.

To be honest- it is hard to determine it just by seeing the pics. They’re a bit too big to see much of anything Cypher offered a great link on resizing! If you could share a link to the product, we could help you out much more easily
