Is my hamster a boy or girl?

Okay so Ive had my hamster since October and I thought she was a girls but I really don't know as the picture attached looks like testicles they weren't there when I got her. I think she might actually be a boy please could someone help me and tell me Dusty's gender is

Yes that looks to be a male hamster. It is not uncommon for hamsters to be mis-sexed by pet shops in particular.
Young hamsters can tuck the testicles quite high up making it tricky to tell. Only females have nipple lines so if you see those you can be sure you have a female however sometimes thick fur can hide those.
