My baby hamsters died 💔

My hamster has been pregnant for 16 days & she gave birth today morning .. i knew there was something wrong as she delivered them earlier than expected ..
After two hours I found the little hammies laying without even breathing .then shortly they passed away

Could you please tell me what should I do to avoid occurance of this again.. & how should I deal with the mum after she had lost her babies

Sometimes first time mothers panic and don't know what to do with the pups. It is worrying though that she birthed them early. Sometimes this can be due to there being too many or by the mother being stressed. Abandoning pups can also be due to stress.
Personally I would watch her very closely for any signs of being unwell as there could be an internal infection which can quickly become serious.
Clean out the cage and leave mum to settle again and she will soon be back to normal provided she is not unwell.
I don't think I'd risk mating her again if she is very stressy or there is something not right preventing her from carrying them to term.

I am so sorry that this happened. I hope that the hamster mum will recover completely from this heartbreaking loss of all of her pups. My heart goes out to you as this must have been a tear-jerking shock for you. Hugs to you and cuddles for your hamster. RIP, little pups. May you find adventures at the bridge.
